Terms applying to quotations, sample submissions, testing and issued reports.

1. Analytical services
Vaudenne accepts submitted samples for analytical testing, issues analytical reports and provides online report verification.
2. Quotations and test confirmation
The website describes available analyses and listed prices. The final test, sample requirements, price and turnaround are confirmed in writing before intake. A website page by itself is not an accepted analytical order.
3. Contract laboratories
Instrumental testing may be performed at Vaudenne Suzhou Laboratory or, where specified for a particular engagement, by a qualified independent contract laboratory. The applicable method and reporting arrangement are confirmed before the sample is accepted.
4. Samples and shipping
You are responsible for export, import, customs declarations and packaging requirements that apply to your sample. Do not ship a sample until Vaudenne has issued receiving instructions.
5. Reports
Analytical reports describe the sample received, the test performed and the reported measurements. A report is not medical advice, approval for human use or a guarantee for uses outside the stated test.
6. Verification
Verification confirms that the VFY code resolves to the corresponding published report. It does not extend the analytical conclusion beyond that report.
7. Service-specific terms
A quotation or intake confirmation may include additional commercial or legal terms. Where applicable, those terms govern that engagement.
